Candice received her Bachelor Degree of Law from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in China and Master Degree of Accounting from Central Queensland University in Australia. After spending a number of years working in Australia, Candice returned to China and joined Swann’s Shanghai office in 2011. During this time her clients were both leading Chinese companies as well as multinational companies including some of the biggest names in the mining industry. In 2016, Candice joined the Melbourne team as a senior researcher while continued to connect with industry leaders in China. Now based once again in Shanghai, she identifies and recruits top executives and management-level candidates throughout China as well as abroad. Her legal and finance backgrounds have been excellent attributes to bring to her recruiting skills, adding breadth and rigour to her research and candidate assessments.
