Dr Tom Aldridge

Tom provides advice on driving change behaviours in organisations. His experience ranges from divisional CEO/MD for a FTSE 100 company and others to Partner/Director and consultant for major operational change management consultancies. This experience enables him to relate and guide at key moments of transition. He has led turnaround missions and been a member of a UK government Industry working party assisting a foreign government in developing basic industries. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree and PhD in marine biology as well as an MBA from Cranfield School of management.
