Jo is Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Swann responsible for efficient and thorough coordination of MD’s activities. She is also tasked with project coordination and closely works with the Research Team.

Prior to joining Swann, Jo has worked in the junior and mid-cap mining sector for over 10 years as Personal Assistant to chief executives and board members.

In addition to managing the London offices of several companies, Jo provided HR support for the mine site leadership. Prior to that, Jo managed teams within the financial and healthcare sectors with a strong customer service focus.

Jo is from Argentina and is a bilingual (Spanish and English) speaker.
