In these capacities, Janet lends her knowledge of high-functioning female executives, working closely with board-ready women in corporate succession-planning strategies. Prior to joining Swann, Janet established a talent services firm for the mining industry. Janet originally trained as an accountant and spent over 20 years on the executive team of an international organisation where she worked on due diligence and private sector investment across multiple industry sectors. Janet’s due diligence work provides her with a lens into governance and policy issues in the board room.
